EatLove is a powerful nutrition system that supports your clients at many facets of their relationship with food. But sometimes, clients can get lost in the wide functionality of our platform. As a nutrition professional, you can guide your clients to the features that are the most beneficial to them. Doing so can help them harness the power of our nutrition automation technology and leverage it for their success.
Let’s dive into some of our features and how you can share them with your clients.
Key Client Benefits
Meals on Demand
The heart of EatLove is an artificial intelligence called LENA® Nutrition Intelligence. LENA analyzes nearly 5 million dietary factors in seconds to provide on-demand meal recommendations that meet your clients’ unique nutritional needs and food preferences.
But what does that mean for your clients?
When they log in to EatLove, LENA automatically populates meal recommendations for any eating ocassion, including: home cooked recipes, restarurant smart choices, meal kits and ready-made meal options. They’ll never run out of meals in their feed and the automation takes all the guesswork out of healthy eating.
Completely Adaptable
While LENA provides meal recommendations, your clients have the ability to swap them out for other meals. They can also swap out side dishes. When using our Swap feature, clients will receive recommendations from LENA that are still within their nutritional parameters.
Not only can clients customize their meal feed with recipes that sound good to them, but they can also customize recipes within EatLove. Each recipe has an Edit function that allows them to add, remove, or swap ingredients. LENA will recalculate the nutrition information after each edit. The edited recipe will save as a new version that will live within your client’s Favorites tab.
So, if a client doesn’t like tomatoes, they can remove them! Want to swap vegetable oil for olive oil? No problem.
Being able to swap out food items and change recipes makes our platform completely adaptable. These features also put your clients in the driver’s seat of their nutrition. They can’t rely on the excuse that they didn’t want to try a recipe on their schedule because they have the power to change it.
Comprehensive Platform
We saw too many clients using multiple platforms to accomplish a single health goal. That’s why we designed EatLove to be an end-to-end solution to help support your clients. They can do everything in one place: pick out their meals, make a grocery list, order groceries, cook a recipe, log a meal, and analyze their nutrition intake (with your help!). We also included a chat feature so clients can reach out to you for assistance when needed.
By having everything contained in a single platform, your clients can streamline the processes that help them reach their goals. This helps them cut down on time and effort, making their health goals that much easier to achieve.
Tips to Introduce Clients to EatLove
Now that we’ve talked about some of the key benefits and features of EatLove, let’s dive into how you can present these features to your clients.
- Focus on just a few features. We learn best when we digest small pieces of information at a time. Each piece builds on the next until we have mastered a topic. When sharing EatLove with your clients, apply this principle. Start by introducing them to a few features at first — like the meal feed and grocery lists. Encourage them to utilize these features until they feel comfortable. Then, you can show them new features that they can focus on mastering. By sharing a little bit at a time, you can help clients build their confidence and help them avoid getting overwhelmed.
- Walk them through it. Many of us also learn best by trying something new and actually doing. Instead of just telling your clients how to use EatLove, walk them through each step of a feature and have them execute it. You can do this in person or you can do it virtually. Just make sure that your clients are the ones performing each step. This will help them cement what they’re learning.
- Point out our resources. We’ve developed learning materials for clients to show them how to use our platform. These resources can be found on the Help page. Our short tutorial videos can be just what a client needs to understand and utilize a particular feature. Show your client where the Help page is, or send them links to particular videos that could be useful to them.
- Follow up. Reach out to your clients and ask how they are doing with EatLove after you’ve introduced the platform to them or taught them a new feature. They may have gotten stuck or thought of a question. By proactively reaching out, you can help address minor issues before they turn into major obstacles to your client’s wellness journey.
